L'oreal Infallible Stay Fresh 24H Foundation Review

First about this foundation is when I first saw it at Guardian I was confused this one dengan Infallible Pro-Matte kat bawah ni

My first thought maybe benda yang sama je just packaging yang lain. But will see, I will buy and try the Infallible Pro-Matte soon and tell you gais is it the same or not

Okay go back on the main character, L’oreal Infallible Stay Fresh 24H (baru perasan nama dia lain) claimed to be ’24 hour’ which I absolutely think mehh tak mungkin boleh tahan selama 24 jam

So yeah, this L’oreal Infallible idak le tahan 24 jam pun. But I have to admit dalam banyak-banyak drugstore foundations yang I dah try this one lah paling tahan lama dalam 7 ke 8 jam camtu... still okay lah kan? And my skin pun jenis oily. Kalau you guys kulit normal maybe boleh tahan lagi lama

Dekat packaging dia tulis ‘suitable for all skin types’ which I think maybe dry skin people should avoid kot sebab this one agak kering

The texture is quite thick which is normal for high coverage foundation

My first experience try this I really hate it sebab it looked so bad on my skin. But maybe sebab my skin tengah teruk masa tu. And then after a few months macam tu I tried again masa kulit dah makin pulih, and surprisingly it worked (Yayyy!)

Memula pakai memang macam ishh buruknya finishing dia but just wait girlsss tunggu dalam sejam dia akan nampak cantik. Dia matte finished yang nice; buat muka kita nampak smooth and flawless. Just remember to moisturize well before pakai this one

The only meh about this Infallible Stay Fresh 24H is the shade. At least to me lah sebab yang I pakai (150 Radiant Beige) ni pun still agak cerah so bila pakai akan nampak dismatch sikit lah dengan my real skin tone

This one tak macam Maybelline Fit Me, it got pump which is a good thing

Okay now for the Pros and Cons!

What I like about this foundation?

Full coverage, senang nak apply tak payah pakai banyak. The finishing is great, my skin look super flawless super smooth. The packaging also nice, glass bottle with pump which I like so much. Long lasting on face and suitable for someone with oily skin like me

What I don’t like about this foundation?

The shades. Macam I dah explained dekat atas. Lagi best kalau this one ada darker shade with warm/yellow-based undertone. Second is harga dia is way too much for the drugstore foundation, RM99 like seriously? :( And also the smell, I tak tahu kenapa but I tak suka bau dia. Kalau you guys tak tahan to fragrance maybe better check the ingredients first sebab I think this one ada fragrance

Q&A

Mana better? Apply dengan brush or sponge?

My answer: I think both are okay. But this one I prefer apply guna brush sebab texture dia agak thick. But sponge also will do the same good thing. Just you will get a lil dewy finished by using sponge

Will this foundation look better if I apply with primer?

My answer: Hmmm frankly speaking I’m not sure sebab I tak suka pakai primer before foundation or maybe sebab I tak pernah jumpa lagi primer yang best. But the only thing yang I sure is just make sure you prime your skin with good moisturizer before apply this foundation and Insha-Allah you will look good

Will it oxidized?

My answer: Hmm I think no kot. Buat masa ni I pakai takde lah dia jadi gelap a few shades. But I'm not sure bout this sebab mine kan shades dia lighter. Maybe anyone who read this can say something in the comment so people will know :)

My final thought is this L’oreal Infallible is an okay foundation. Dia just kadang-kadang jadi kadang-kadang tak kind of foundation lah haha. Still I love this one and I recommend you guys give it a try (just make sure beli masa sale)
